Hospitality is a Phase 2 industry page because Orlando and Osceola County contain a building type Brevard does not dominate: convention hotels, limited-service towers, restaurants, and assembly spaces with highly variable occupancy. Those buildings fail in climate zone 2A when cooling is specified as if they were offices. Guest rooms add showers and overnight setback. Kitchens and laundry add exhaust that will depressurize a building unless makeup air is designed and dehumidified. Indoor pools, if present, are a separate dehumidification problem. Hospitality FAQs

Do you design residential vacation-home HVAC?

No. This page is commercial hospitality: hotels, restaurants, and assembly. Short-term rental houses are residential work we do not take.

Is hospitality HVAC different from office HVAC in Orlando?

Yes. Ventilation, exhaust, and occupancy diversity are larger. A VAV office sequence copied onto guest rooms is how humidity complaints start.

Do you work on theme-park attractions?

We engineer building HVAC for hospitality and commercial facilities. Ride and show systems are not listed as a practice specialty.
