Do you design residential HVAC?
No. Our commercial practice is offices, mixed-use, hospitality, medical office, and similar non-residential buildings. Single-family residential installation is not the service.
When should a commercial developer hire a mechanical engineer?
At schematic design, not after equipment is already ordered. Ventilation, humidity, and roof/yard space for equipment affect architecture.
