Industrial FAQs

Do you design HVAC for warehouses?

We design mechanical systems for industrial and aerospace facilities, including conditioned warehouses and manufacturing. Unconditioned storage with no mechanical scope is not a typical project.

What is different about aerospace facility HVAC?

Tighter environmental requirements, process exhaust, cleanliness expectations, and sometimes vehicle or payload cooling. Buildings near TIX or MLB airport also have operational constraints.

When is process chilled water needed?

When equipment or processes reject heat that packaged DX cannot reliably serve, or when multiple process users should share a plant.
